The Eastern approach of improving sports & martial arts performance, with emphasis on improving speed, flexibility, enduring and power. featuring commonly used acupuncture points, Tui Na techniques, Dit Da Jow and herbal paste. We will cover a variety of sports such as gymnastics, basketball, tennis, golf and body building. We will also feature Chinese Olympians/world class athletes and the negative effects of steroids.
