This course examines the minority village of Bama, located in the Guangxi province of Southwestern part of China. Where people there live much longer than other parts of China. The content will cover: histories of the minority tribes in Bama, geographical significance, local diets, cultural habits, discovering the external and internal factors that contribute to long life, as well as how we can bring those principles to our modern world.
