Join our historical visit to the village of Bama, China

Fresh Air (richly saturated with negative oxygen ions), a Mineral-rich Spring (relieve ailments such as insomnia, diabetes, headaches, & heart disease), Good Sleep (from strong geomagnetic effects), Sunshine (Far-infrared light), & Healthy Food (naturally grown and non-processed) are just some of the secrets to longevity in Bama, Yao Autonomous County, Guang Xi Province, China. This November come join me in a historical visit to Bama and meet the super-centenarians and discover the secrets that enabled them to live well and avoid chronic conditions such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancers that we have come to accept as part of the normal aging process. The principles you will learn in Bama can easily be applied in the U.S. and can help our patients reduce weight, regain energy, reverse illness and live medication-free. Other itineraries may include local hospital visit, the rich oxygen content Bai-Mo cave, and the longevity museum.
