The Bamao Cave close by the longevity village. Famous for its abundant enriched oxygen content

I have unraveled the Secret of Longevity in Bama, China

Fresh Air (richly saturated with negative oxygen ions), a Mineral-rich Spring (relieve ailments such as insomnia, diabetes, headaches, & heart disease), Good Sleep (from strong geomagnetic effects), Sunshine (Far-infrared light), & Healthy Food (naturally grown and non-processed) are just some of the secrets that I’ve unraveled during my recent visit to Bama, Yao Autonomous County, Guang Xi Province, China.

In this remote part of China, I met and interviewed several centenarians and discovered they lived according to basic principles that enabled them to live well and avoid chronic conditions such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and cancers that we have come to accept as part of the normal aging process.

Come join me in my webinars The Longevity Village of Bama, China, Parts I & II, where I will share what I have learned to enable you to enjoy good health and well-being, and to live long and prosper. The contents include: Day-by-day video recordings of actual events that took place, discovery of external factors that contribute to long life in the longevity village along with internal factors that contribute to long life of the people (including tongue and pulse findings of the centenarians), an extended hospital interview and statistics of diseases that are treated in the longevity village, the health benefits of the Bai-Mo cave and it’s rich oxygen content and strong electromagnetic field, the Longevity museum where they promote the ancient wisdom of long life secrets, with my final discussion on how we can apply those secrets to our own modern lives.

Bama & the 5 element relationship, as it is displayed at one of the longevity museum in the Bama county

Translation:

Bama and the benefits of its 5 elements.

Earth – soil abounds with Magnesium (Mg) and Zinc (Zinc), two elements that have great influence on the discomposing process from food to body-needed nutrients.

Fire – Sunlight helps to reduce blood pressure and the far infrared light converts our body’s water of big molecule ball into six-ring water of small molecule ball.

Wood – “Vitamin in Air” for the reason of its positive impact on

human body. It can help calm nerves, hypnotize people, remove odor and kill bacteria.

Water – Panyang River’s alkaline ion water abounds with microelements which contribute to the longer life span of Bama’s people.

Metal – magnetism to a certain strength can help improve human body’s blood circulation especially microcirculation and adjust the balance of ions and between Yin and Yang within human body.

My travels and research have shown five factors that have contributed to the longevity of the centenarians in Bama, China. I will summarize it at the conclusion of the webinar.

The principles I have learned in Bama can easily be applied to modern life in the U.S. and can help our patients optimize weight, regain energy, reverse illness and live medication-free.

Bama is really a special town. Each year, many people visit to Bama and stay for a while in the hope of becoming healthier and prolonging their life. The elderly people that I have visited are like a living history book and are living treasures.

The people of the area do mostly labor work and farming while their food is quite simple and vegetables are a large part of the diet. Their simple life is quiet and stress free.

Now I am hoping to visit that place again…maybe with some of you.
